College Station is one of the best apartments complexes I’ve seen in Milledgeville. The convenience of getting to campus/downtown and the size and quality of the pool and clubhouse really can’t be beat!

College Station is a great apartment complex for college students. You rarely have more than a 10 minute drive to anywhere in town, it’s a short walk to downtown or class, and there are events for residents throughout the year with food and drinks provided. The pool is super relaxing and whenever you’re done cooling off, there’s pool and ping pong tables in the clubhouse. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Great property! Super close to campus, best pool in the area, full gym and new appliances. The management are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay while here.
